Prop size  35 – 45cm:
3 – 4 blades including shafts, struts trim tabs and rudders  – 1 kit

Prop size  60 – 90cm:
4 – 5 blades including shafts, struts trim tabs and rudders  – 1 ½ kits

Prop size  90 – 120cm:
5 – 6 blades including shafts, struts trim tabs and rudders  – 3 kits

Example:

PellerMax kits contain two cans of  Eb Etching base, 4 bottles of Ea Etching activator (mixing ratio is two bottles per one can),  2 cans of Ca Clearcoat resin,  2 bottles of Cb Clearcoat binder and 2 bottles of Cc Clearcoat catalyst. 4 stirring paddles that have been specifically designed to ensure all product is able to be mixed thoroughly before use. There is no requirement to stock half kits as PellerMax is essentially two half kits in one box.

PellerMax  is a two coat system, with a traditional anti corrosive etch primer and a silicone based clear top coat.  Suitable for propellers, shafts, struts, trim tabs and rudders, PellerMax is suitable for application over aluminium, bronze, stainless steel and nibral. If coating a non metal surface such as powder coated stern legs – there is no need to use the Etching base.
